This Privacy Policy and Terms of Use explain how ACS Staffing Inc. collects, uses, discloses, and retains information submitted through this website, as well as the terms governing your use of the website.

Last updated: August 11, 2026

Who we are

ACS Staffing Inc. is a staffing services company with its main operations office in Bellflower, California, and additional offices in Ontario and Maywood, California. In this policy, “ACS,” “we,” and “us” mean ACS Staffing Inc.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use this website, we may collect information you provide directly and limited technical information generated when you submit a form or use certain website features.

Information you provide:

  • Employer staffing requests: first and last name, company, phone number, email address, your message, and any file you attach.
  • Job seeker information requests: first and last name, phone number, email address, preferred location and shift, a short description of your experience, and any resume or file you attach.
  • Place yourself available for work: the fields above plus your badge number (optional) and a short description of your experience or availability notes.
  • Assistant chat: The contents of messages you submit to the on-site automated assistant. Please do not enter Social Security numbers, banking information, medical records, identification numbers, immigration documents, or other sensitive information in the chat.

Information collected automatically:

  • Submission verification information: We may record the date, time, and IP address associated with a form submission to verify the submission and maintain an accurate audit record.
  • Language preference: Your selected language may be stored locally in your browser so the website remains in the language you selected. This preference is not submitted to ACS.

Why we collect it

  • To respond to your staffing request or job inquiry and follow up with you.
  • To match job seekers with open assignments and record availability status.
  • To verify form submissions and maintain reliable records of availability and consent.
  • To send you an automated confirmation that we received your submission.
  • To operate the automated assistant, respond to questions, direct visitors to appropriate ACS resources, protect the website from misuse, and improve the accuracy and safety of the assistant.

When you provide your contact information, ACS may contact you regarding your request, application, availability, potential assignments, or staffing services. Message and data rates may apply to text messages. You may request that we stop nonessential communications at any time, but ACS may still send transactional, placement-related, safety-related, or legally required communications when appropriate.

How your information is handled

Form submissions are delivered by email to the ACS team responsible for your request: employer requests go to our sales team, and job seeker and availability submissions go to our Light Industrial team. Website submissions are transmitted using encryption in transit. Ordinary email delivery may not remain encrypted end-to-end after it leaves our systems.

Authorized ACS personnel may access submissions when needed to respond to requests, evaluate applicants, coordinate placements, maintain business records, or administer staffing services.

We may disclose information to service providers that support our website, email, communications, data storage, and business operations; to prospective or current client companies when evaluating or presenting an individual for an assignment; and when disclosure is required or permitted by law.

Messages submitted to the automated assistant may be processed by ACS’s website-hosting, communications, and artificial-intelligence service providers for the purpose of generating and delivering responses. The automated assistant is not an employee, recruiter, decision-maker, or legal representative and does not make hiring, termination, placement, payroll, accommodation, workers’ compensation, or other employment decisions.

ACS does not maintain chatbot conversation history after the applicable chat session ends, although its technology service providers may temporarily process limited information as necessary to provide, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

ACS does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act. ACS does not use personal information submitted through this website for cross-context behavioral advertising.

California applicant and employee privacy notice

This website policy describes information collected through acsstaffinginc.com. It does not cover all personal information ACS collects later in the application, hiring, and employment process. Since 2023, California privacy protections apply to job applicants and employees of covered businesses.

When an individual applies, is onboarded, or is placed on assignment, ACS may collect additional categories of information, including identifiers and government identification numbers, I-9 and work-authorization documents, background screening and drug screening results, payroll, tax, and direct-deposit information, timekeeping and assignment records, benefits and leave information, workplace safety, injury, and workers’ compensation records, workplace monitoring records, and client-assignment performance information.

  • Sources: the individual, staffing clients, background and drug screening vendors, payroll and benefits administrators, and government agencies.
  • Purposes: recruiting, hiring, placement, payroll, benefits, safety, workers' compensation, workplace administration, and legal and recordkeeping compliance.
  • Third parties: payroll, background screening, benefits, insurance, and workers' compensation providers, client companies, and government agencies as required by law.
  • Sold or shared: no category of applicant or employee information is sold or shared as defined by the CCPA.
  • Retention: retained for the period required by applicable employment, payroll, tax, insurance, safety, and workers' compensation recordkeeping obligations.

ACS provides a separate California Applicant and Employee Privacy Notice at the time of application and onboarding. To request a copy, contact ACS using the information at the bottom of this page.

How long we keep it

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide staffing services, administer employment or placement activities, maintain business and compliance records, resolve disputes, and satisfy applicable employment, payroll, tax, insurance, safety, and workers’ compensation requirements.

Records containing timestamps or submission-verification information are retained according to ACS’s applicable record-retention requirements. Retention periods may vary based on the type of record and the individual’s relationship with ACS.

Individuals who have been inactive with ACS for six months or longer may be required to reapply or update their information. Earlier records may still be retained when reasonably necessary or legally required.

Your California privacy rights

Subject to applicable exceptions, California residents have the right to request that ACS:

  • Disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about them.
  • Provide information about the sources, purposes, and parties involved in the collection or disclosure of their personal information.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Delete certain personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Provide a portable copy of certain personal information.
  • Limit or opt out of certain uses, sales, or sharing of personal information when those rights apply.

ACS will not discriminate or retaliate against anyone for exercising an applicable privacy right. Certain records may be retained when necessary to comply with employment, payroll, tax, insurance, safety, workers’ compensation, legal, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping obligations.

ACS does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act. ACS does not use personal information submitted through this website for cross-context behavioral advertising.

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. ACS may require proof that the agent is authorized and may contact you directly to verify your identity or confirm the request.

To submit a privacy request, request a correction, or change your communication preferences, contact ACS using the information at the bottom of this page. ACS may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

Cookies and tracking

ACS does not intentionally use advertising cookies or website features designed to track visitors across unrelated websites. Certain hosting, security, communications, or website-service providers may process limited technical information as necessary to operate and protect the website.

Your language selection may be stored in your browser’s local storage. Clearing your browser data may remove that preference.

The on-site assistant

The on-site assistant is automated and is not an ACS employee, recruiter, decision-maker, or legal representative. It provides general information, helps visitors navigate ACS resources, and directs visitors to appropriate ACS contacts. It cannot hire, fire, place, approve, deny, or make commitments on behalf of ACS.

Chat messages may be processed by ACS’s website, hosting, communications, and artificial-intelligence service providers to generate responses and operate the assistant. Do not enter Social Security numbers, banking information, medical records, identification numbers, immigration documents, or other sensitive information into the chat.

ACS does not maintain chatbot conversation history after the applicable chat session ends, although its technology service providers may temporarily process limited information as necessary to provide, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

The assistant does not provide legal, tax, immigration, medical, financial, or employment advice. Its responses may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. Verify important information with an authorized ACS employee.
