Human Resource & Front Desk Support (Bellflower, CA)

QUALIFICATIONS– Must have at least 2 years of general office experience.– Must be self- motivated, detail oriented, and highly organized.– Possess excellent communication skills, can handle multiple projects.– Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, general office equipment and competent general software and computer skills.-– General knowledge of record keeping or HR– Experience performing customer service, answering phones– The ability to multitask, especially in a fast-paced work environment.– Experience as receptionist, providing front desk support– Able to prioritize important work and meet sensitive deadlines.– A high school diploma or equivalent required.– Bilingual: English/Spanish PreferredESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:· Provide administrative support and assist with special projects as assigned by HR Department· Organized and maintain paper and electronic files.· Prepare and assemble material, packages and documents for distribution (i.e. copying, filing, mailing, e-mail, fax)· Conducts follow-up on work activities to meet deadlines and responses accordingly to time sensitive matters.· Answers phones and distribute calls· Completes all required documentation management, required daily internal communications or within the specified time frame.· Maintains employment verifications records by filing and in retrieval system; upkeeps past and current records.LOOKING FOR A NEW CAREER?
